This skull was lifted from the trophy room of a strange cult from the time when gos are dead.
Once per day, touching the skull causes confusion to be cast centered on the skull.
Each creature in a 10 ft radius must succeed on a Wisdom DC 13 saving throw or be confused for up to 1 minute. An affected target can't take reactions and must roll a d10 at the begining of each turn to determine its behavior. At the end of its turn, it can attempt to re-make the save to end the effect
